The Classic Share, our most popular Meat Share, features 10-11 lbs of meat in each month's package. We think it's best for a 2-3 person household or for a household that eats meat two to three times a week.
Each package will include a mix of beef, pork, and lamb cuts, artisan sausage, single-source ground meat, craft charcuterie, and other meat products. As with all of our products, everything is cut and made by hand, using only the highest quality meat that our region has to offer.
All products will come vacuum sealed and blast frozen, ensuring your meat will retain its quality while making it easy to use whenever you see fit.
Here's an example of a recent Classic Share received by one of our subscribers:
- 4-5 lbs. Beef Cuts (Ribeye Steak, Denver Steak, Picanha Roast, Petite Tender Steak, etc.)
- 2-3 lbs. Pork Cuts (Rib Chop, Coppa, Shoulder Roast, etc.)
- 1-2 lbs. Lamb Cuts (blade chops, rib chops, rolled belly, etc.)
- 1-2 lbs. Single-Source Ground Beef or Lamb
- 1-2 lbs. Artisan Sausage (Kimchi Pork Sausage, Lamb Merguez, etc.)

8 oz. Craft Charcuterie (Pork Rillettes, Country Pate, Rendered Tallow, Bone Broth, etc.)
We are very intentional about what we send out in the Meat Share. You will never receive the same cuts month-to-month, as we feel that variety is one of the great benefits of cooking with the whole animal.
What we cut is usually determined by the season. You'll get more roasts in the colder months, grill-ready cuts in the warmer months, lamb in the Spring, burger patties in the Summer, etc. We are happy to take any dietary restrictions or preferences into consideration with your Meat Share as well.
