We source animals directly from the best farmers in our region, process and cut in-house, and package it up for you and your family. It's the best of both worlds - a connection to your local food system and farmers, without the hassle of buying and storing whole animals.

How It Works

1. Pick Your Share Size

We offer monthly shares of hand-cut local meats (beef, pork, lamb) and meat products, such as sausages, broths, rillettes, lard and more. Each monthly share contains a curated mix of these products.

Share Sizes & Pricing:
Petite (5-6 lbs) - $95/month
Classic (10-11 lbs) - $179/month
Family (15-16 lbs) - $260/month

An example of a recent Classic Share:

  • 4-5 lbs. Beef Cuts (Ribeye Steak, Denver Steak, Picanha Roast, Petite Tender Steak, etc.)
  • 2-3 lbs. Pork Cuts (Rib Chop, Coppa, Shoulder Roast, etc.)
  • 1-2 lbs. Lamb Cuts (blade chops, rib chops, rolled belly, etc.)
  • 1-2 lbs. Single-Source Ground Beef or Lamb
  • 1-2 lbs. Artisan Sausage (Kimchi Pork Sausage, Lamb Merguez, etc.)
  • 8 oz. Craft Charcuterie (Pork Rillettes, Country Pate, Rendered Tallow, Bone Broth, etc.)

Petite and Family Shares will receive the same curated mix of products, just a different amount of them. We are happy to accommodate preferences, such as no pork or lamb.

We always ensure that you receive variety month-to-month, and that the products you'll receive will match the cooking season and style that you're practicing.

2. Choose Your Pickup or Delivery Method

We offer two delivery methods to our customers.

Direct Delivery: We can deliver your Meat Share to your doorstep every month, via direct delivery. This service begins in June.

Local Pickup: We partner with other local retailers as a free pickup point for your monthly Meat Share. Current pickup locations are as follows:

  • Campus Fine Wines (Providence)
  • Stock Culinary Goods (Providence)
  • Sawyer’s Market (Providence)
  • Edgewood Cheese Shop (Cranston)
  • Brightside Seafood Market (Narragansett)
  • Mission Burger (Middletown/Newport)

3. Enjoy Delicious, High-Quality Meat

After you receive your Meat Share, you can keep everything in the freezer until the moment you need it. All products are vacuum sealed and blast-frozen, assuring high quality food at your convenience.

Whether it's for a fancy weekend dinner party or a casual Tuesday night meal with the family, your Meat Share will have everything you need for a stress-free month of eating really great meat.

What comes in the monthly share?

Each package consists of curated hand-cut, high quality meat products. The meat usually consists of beef, pork, and lamb products but can be amended according to your tastes.

An example of what a Classic share might look like one month:

- 4-5 lbs. Beef Cuts (Ribeye Steak, Denver Steak, Picanha Roast, Petite Tender Steak, etc.)

Where is the meat sourced from?

All of the animals are sourced from small family farms across New England. Most of our farmers are from Rhode Island or Massachusetts, with a handful along the state border in Connecticut and New York.

Our farmers are experts at raising livestock and the meat that you'll receive is indicative of this expertise. Only the highest quality meat in New England makes it into our Meat Shares.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Just email us and we're happy to take into account any dietary, religious, or taste preferences.

We also offer add-ons to your monthly Meat Share, in the form of extra ground meat, dog food & treats, and other items that you might need a little bit more of.

We periodically host classes and events, and we have a wholesale program for chefs and restaurants.

Currently, the Meat Share is available to anyone but our direct delivery options are only available to Rhode Island residents.

If you do not live in Rhode Island but would like to participate in the Meat Share, you can pickup your Meat Share in person at any one of the wonderful local pickup partners we have.
