Shipping policy
After initial Meat Share purchase, you will receive an email to confirm your preferred pickup location.
Your share will be ready monthly. There are two pickup weekends per month per location but I will try to keep you consistently on one of the two weekends. Each month, I will email you the week of your pickup to confirm the time and date that your share will be available.
Once the order is ready, you must please collect it within 36 hours. If the order is not picked up within this window, I will have to recollect it so that it doesn’t defrost and you can then pick it up at a later date from our Rhody Butcher HQ. There is a $10 restocking fee for all shares that are recollected.
Food Handling & Allergen Disclaimer
Our products are prepared and handled in a facility that processes a variety of meats and animal products. While we take care to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, our facility is not allergen-free.
If you have a food allergy, sensitivity, or dietary restriction, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@rhodybutcher.com before placing an order. Our team is happy to answer questions about specific products and how they are handled.
Rhody Butcher is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities. It is the customer's responsibility to review product details and consult with us if there is any uncertainty about whether a product is safe for their consumption.
All products should be stored and handled according to safe food handling guidelines. Rhody Butcher is not responsible for illness or injury resulting from improper storage, handling, or preparation of products after they leave our facility.
